The Japanese version shall prevail in any and all legal interpretations of the contents contained herein.

The Institute for Japan International Practical Training will collect personal information from our customers. In doing so, we are committed to handling and protecting personal information by adhering to the methods specified below.

Providing Information to Third-Parties

We will not provide information to third parties without first being granted consent by the applicant except if required by law.

Outsourcing the Handling of Personal Information

As part of our business operations and in order to provide better service, we may outsource duties and tasks to third-parties and entrust them with customers’ personal information. In this case, we will outsource to companies that are recognized to properly handle personal information. We will implement proper management by negotiating contracts with these companies that require prevention of leakage of personal information through proper management of personal information and preservation of confidentiality.

Arbitrariness of Submitting Personal Information

It is optional for customers to submit personal information to us. However, we may not be able to reply to communication or perform services if personal information is not submitted. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Disclosure Requests for Personal Information

Customers have the right to demand the following with regards to personal information: notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction/addition/deletion of contents, cessation of use, erasure, and cessation of providing personal information to third-parties.
